How to use

  1. Fill with water as directed and close the valve securely.
  2. Gently move the mat to distribute the filling, then check for leaks.
  3. Place it on a clean, flat surface away from sharp objects.

Wipe clean or hand wash with mild soap, then dry fully before storage. Do not use bleach, tumble dry or machine wash unless the care label supplied with your item specifically allows it.

Safety: this mat is not chew-proof. Supervise use, inspect it regularly and stop using it if punctured or leaking. Always provide fresh drinking water and a shaded, ventilated place; a cooling mat does not prevent heatstroke. Seek veterinary help immediately if your pet shows signs of overheating.
